WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Linoy guarantees that the products conform to the promised qualities, are free from defects that could affect their value or their fitness for the intended use, and that they correspond to the expected performances and specifications.
Linoy offers the customer a warranty against manufacturing defects or hidden defects for 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. Any claim for manufacturing defects or hidden defects must be submitted within 48 hours of the date of delivery of the products or, in the case of hidden defects, as soon as they are discovered. Our customer service is available at the following address: support@linoy.ch. Therefore, under the terms of this warranty, the manufacturer limits and excludes the following:

The battery, after one year of use from the date of purchase; normal wear and tear (change in color of the bracelet, scratches on the glass, bezel, bracelet or case).

Damage resulting from improper handling, as well as damage due to improper or incorrect use;

Damage caused by an unauthorized repair center.
A manufacturing defect and/or a hidden defect notified within the period mentioned above will allow the replacement or repair of the defective product or a refund of the price paid, at the sole discretion of Linoy, by Linoy and at its expense (except for the shipping costs of the defective product to Linoy which will be borne by the customer). The customer must then return the damaged or defective product to Linoy (in its original packaging), to the address that Linoy will communicate later.
Linoy shall not be held liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product. Excessive shock or vibration, exposure to strong electromagnets and similar activities may damage or affect the functions of the watch. If you are unsure whether a particular activity is safe for the watch, please contact us by email at support@linoy.ch.
You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If the product is lost due to you not using a tracking service and not purchasing shipping insurance, Linoy will not refund you.
The warranty does not cover bracelets and accessories.
Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The withdrawal declaration must be notified in writing via the Linoy email address. The date of sending the withdrawal declaration is decisive for compliance with the deadline. It is not necessary to give reasons for the cancellation.
The withdrawal declaration must be sent to: support@linoy.ch.
The right of withdrawal is exercised in such a way that the sales contract is cancelled, with the return of the products in their initial condition.
The consumer is required to return the product received to Linoy in the original packaging, with the protective sticker still present on the watch glass, accompanied by all accessories provided (including bracelets, accessories, packaging, certificate of origin and other documents), without any trace of use. The return must be made within 7 days from the declaration of withdrawal.
Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer. If the conditions are not met, the product cannot be accepted for return.
The customer must use a tracking shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. If a tracking service and insurance are not used and the product is lost or damaged in transit, Linoy will not be able to issue a refund.
The purchase price will be refunded once the product has been returned and inspected by our watchmakers, provided that it does not show any damage or signs of excessive wear. Shipping costs are not refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer. If the product shows damage or signs of excessive wear, no refund will be made.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to limited edition watches. This exception will be clearly indicated on the website. Limited editions are only sold for a specific period and cannot be resold after a return.
Limited time pre-orders are non-refundable after the pre-order period, as funds are used to produce the watches.
However, customers can request a refund before the end of the pre-order period.
